New Dedications Info #9

Integrate the corrected dedications info with latest dedications spreadsheet. Iva--which dedications spreadsheet did you correct? We need to make sure that the corrected info gets on the latest one that we are using. The latest one should be found here in a downloadable format.

I changed the latest to .xlsx and posted them to the repository. You can download the latest zip. Just email your changes.

(Github is essentially a versioning system, so it has this built in, but it requires downloading the tools and understanding the process. Since we haven't had a chance to go through this together, better to just email to me your latest and I'll upload it.)
