Add Graph view's sum options to Table view as well #130

Can we expand on this a little bit? I'm not sure which options we are talking about. If it is the option to determine the measure by which we size the bubble in the graph view, then the idea would be for the user to choose a measure and to display that measure as a new column in the table?

I think that is the idea. Eliza came up with this herself. It is consistent with requests we've had from researchers who are interested in counts. To be able to easily produce a table with, for example, a person name / number of letters sent (as author) could be very useful.

I think it's a good idea. Would allow easier reconciliation of the data in the map and graph views.
