Basic ability to create new dimensions w/ transformation #151

Start with:

Split existing dimension at delimiter
Join 2 existing dimensions with optional delimiter

UI:

Should show allow selection in a template
Should show before/after of a sample of the data

Transformations need to be included in Palladio save files and should run when data is loaded. Dimensions added based on a transformation should not be stored.
