When timeline is minimized, should still use the remaining space to display the shape of the timeline and a minimal axis. Should be brush-able (and should display the current selection).

In component view, setting the height of the timeline component to anything between ~80 and 150 accomplishes this. It the height can be set as desired.

Based on this, I'm removing this from the AHR milestone.
