[ ] Allow definition of a hierarchical relationship between dimensions. Allow user to choose "parent" dimension. Palladio should check that each value in the dimension only falls under one parent dimension value. If the check is OK, then go ahead, otherwise prompt that we have a many-to-many relationship (probably due to multiple values or data issues) and it might be best to model this using an additional table.
