Renaming tables and columns names to:
Remove underscores between geography and year
Change from 'lad' to 'ltla' and 'counties_ua/county_ua' to 'utla'
Change columns in ruc tables: 'RUC' to 'ruc' and 'Classification' to 'classification'
Adding in more years of LSOA to LTLA lookups
Adding in more years of LTLA to Combined Authorities lookups
Adding more years for LTLA an UTLA boundaries
