Added `composer.json` #21

Makes it easier to install this mu-plugin via composer.

It might be nice if you guys start tagging version as well.

Changed this to use a lowercase name, as Packagist doesn't like uppercase. Now available: https://packagist.org/packages/humanmade/cavalcade

Thanks for the PR! (Also, assuming you're the same Till Krüss that used to write Mint plugins, thanks for those back in the day!)
