Consider packaging fastcgi_params #131

I had to add PATH_INFO to my Nginx fastcgi_params config today to get SimpleSAMLphp to work:

fastcgi_param   PATH_INFO               $fastcgi_path_info;

I haven't reprovisioned my box in quite a while, so this may be something Nginx includes by default now. If it doesn't though, we should consider packaging fastcgi_params as a config.
