get debuging working with xdebug #87

I have been using vip-quickstart and like the error messages / php strict mode

I feel that it would good if Salty does this as well.

@pbearne thanks - @pdewouters asked about enabling X-Debug, we ultimately decided not to put into Salty-WordPress, but you can implement it via the local.sls, see https://github.com/humanmade/Salty-WordPress/pull/24 for more details on that
