Handle small images - they look bad #23

If you upload say a 150x150 image to an article, it is rendered full width in FB and looks bad.

Options:

Maybe theres something we can do to ensure this isn't displayed full width?
Can we just remove?
Can we swap for larger version? (What if not available? EG inline smiley image or something)

Also what about inline images like smileys? If I use :) in text, WP automatically inserts a small smiley image. Our FB parser moves it to the end of the paragraph, which isn't quite what we want.

I'm not sure of the solution here, as its not really correct to strip it either. But Facebook won't allow the image inline.
