this might be somethign to do with the "background-fill=solid", why are you using that option here?

I removed this option and now my function became
echo '';
I removed all files from cache folder and refresh my page but it does not seem to do something different

After some discussion, it turns out this was for resizing images UP, which wpthumb does not do
I want to resize a photo so to take a maximum width and if the height is bigger than my maximum height do a cropping. I use WP 3.42.
I use the code
The dimensions of produced photo are 780 x 550 and it does not seem to do the crop
