Plugin not importing users #91

The plugin doesn't seem to import users. I've also tried to the fix-create-users branch, but that doesn't import them either. I've checked and authors do exist in the export XML file.

Not sure if the importer will import users. I think it does import authors though, but may not import any advanced usermeta.
