Acceptance Criteria:

[ ] List built-in cookies on the cookie policy page

Note: This is expected to be via an API to collect these cookies

@PriyaBhatia0210 Not necessarily because that page is specifically documenting helper functions that are provided by the consent plugin. This would be a different page that documents specific localStorage data and cookies stored in a browser/on a client machine rather than functions that developers would use.
