Improvements to `log` sub command #203

It would be good if composer server log allowed some more options:

If possible, being able to output a list of available logs if you run log with no service name would also be a nice quality of life improvement.

Edit: actually looks like it's meant to default to something, which would invalidate my suggestion :) https://github.com/humanmade/altis-local-server/issues/270
