When no labels found the attachment field shows an HTML input #9

In the attachments fields where the labels are displayed if none are found an empty string is returned. This causes WP to output a text input as a fallback which is super helpful!

Suggest replacing with a spinner and the text "analysing..." if nothing is returned and no error recorded.
