@nprasath002 this should have already been fixed in https://github.com/humanmade/aws-xray/pull/43 - jQuery is always loaded when Query Monitor and the admin bar are loaded, so this error only occurred because the flamegraph JS was incorrectly being loaded when it shouldn't have been.
(Actually, this error was how I discovered that in the first place.)
Can you try updating to the latest version of X-Ray?
