Casper is not used, and as far as I know, has never been used on a client project before. A newer frontend testing tool such as Cypress is required and the underlying tech behind Casper is unmaintained.
For these reasons, I'm removing Capser from the base repo. This allows future projects to do less work to remove dead code and allows our tests to pass again.
