This PR adds the ability to run our stylelint standards in the Linter Bot.

To test:

Turn on Stylelint in the config and pass the config straight through instead of obeying the repo's for testing purposes. Alternatively, modify the master hmlinter.yml in linter-bot-test.
Run the bot locally against https://github.com/humanmade/linter-bot-test/pull/8

Resolves #80

Made all recommended changes and have done quite a bit more testing with the real config file in linter-bot-test and this is looking ✨
