Try to fix broken video links #97

For some reason, videos on peertube are not displayed in the front page of the documentation eventhough I use the embed link. I removed them and added the construction set example from youtube.

If you can do that, I will be very grateful to you. But in the meantime, I will merge since the result of this PR is better than the current documentation.
