Objective: Update the user interface to allow for more delegation options beyond self-delegation by integrating a leaderboard functionality.

The Delegation Feature should offer users three distinct choices for delegation through the user interface:

Self-Delegation.
Delegating to a user-specified address.
Delegating to one of the top five addresses on the Leaderboard, ranked by voting power.
