embed cc and ccc scripts #10

To guarantee compatibility, the plugin should embed cc and ccc scripts by default.

Integrated cc 0.7.1 and ccc 1.2.1 into the plugin. These will be used by default. You can turn this of using the new settings ConsentCookie CDN and ConsentCookie Configurator CDN. Also fixed the 'Save' button which was disabled. Related to #6 .
