Onboarding updates

• [ ] Remove nav bar from onboarding
• [ ] Show disabled continue button and make it active once option selected
• [ ] update the option styling so that the border is showing (see course_show or lesson_show page)
• [ ] Look at lesson_show progress bar and see if you can import styling into the onboarding progress
