What worked well

most of the models done
validations done
wireframes in excalidraw
light design system and prototype

What didn't go well

people working in sync on models
controllers and actions not touched
merge conflicts and foreign keys
tasks were confusing and sequencing

What can we improve

break up tasks so that one person could've hypothetically
Write out tasks and descriptions in ticket
