Add install path for header files to CMakefiles

[GoogleCodeExporter]

When I do make install what using CMake, header files are not install.
I create a patch which revise this problem.
Could you check and apply?

Hi

For information, i tried your cmake update,
but unfortunately, for some reason, 
there is no .h file added to destination directory.

(There is also no lib and no include directories created, i'm unsure if this is 
normal)
