After the release of Android Studio 4.0, there were problems launching the plugin Reinstallation doesn't help either.

I have the same problem with AS Android Studio Bumblebee | 2021.1.1 Patch 1 Build #AI-211.7628.21.2111.8139111, built on February 1, 2022 I see this problem when AS starts:

The plugin doesn't start. @MahmoudMabrok, how did you resolve this?

I did not face this with the current version of AS, but what I got that I need to install plugin every time I open AS
