HowTo Document #3

Instead of printing a half-hearted attempt on how to proceed to the stdout it would make more sense to create a ~HOWTO.md~ tutorial.pdf file which contains more detailed instructions on how to develop a Streamix application. This document should contain

Separate template generation from compiler. Use dedicated scripts to do this (see humdek-unibe-ch/smx-core-rtsp#4 ).

The script separation is tracked in humdek-unibe-ch/smx-core-rtsp#4

Given the size of the documentation, it should probably be a pdf in the standard TPF-tutorial-style.
