Allow ( to add a slur start, and ) to add a slur end. This is useful with long slurs or slurs that go across spine manipulator lines, where the standard [1-9]s keyboard shortcut does not work.
The slur starts will be placed at the start of a chord, while a slur end is placed at the end of a chord. Only one slur start/top can exist on a chord at a time to work with this system (otherwise slur endpoints will still have to be placed into the text).
