In this example from Scriabin, Op. 11, No. 1, quintuplets are shifted across the bar. This means that the number/bracket should be drawn across the bar, rather than with two separate quintuplet brackets.

There is also something wrong with the *tuplet styling here. I assume that it is related to the shifting across the bar. In this case, the quarter-note tuplet is starting near the end of the first actual beat.
