Control the rate of the numbers in fb filter for time signature changes #880

The "Control the rate of the numbers" in the fb filter doesn't work when I go from 4/4 to 2/4, which I use when copying old mansuscripts that use half measures at the end and beginning of the systems. Not a big problem, but it would be nice if somehow it would also work there:

What are the fb option(s) being used?

I think the main problem is that you are not specifying the time signature change of 2/4 (with *2/4 in the measure where 2/4 starts).

Adding yy to the end of the time signature makes it invisible:

But I see that this is not working with time signature changes, only the initial time signature (I will have to fix that).

Do you what a figure in the second 2/4 or not?

It is possible to encode a barline which is not the start of a metrical cycle (as this split measure might be):

The *bar can currently only cover the staff and not the space between staves (this would need to be implemented in verovio. See issue https://github.com/rism-digital/verovio/issues/3517

Thanks, yes when I insert *M2/4 it works. I can also rebar the finale files.
