Create pi4-install.sh #1

Tested on pi4 but should work on any compatible environment simply removed pi3 as build target (-DRPI3_BUILD=TRUE) and this worked perfectly on pi4.

Working under Raspbian Buster 2020-02-05 build

Incorporated this by allowing the user to choose between pi3/non-pi3 build when making openauto. Thanks for the suggestion - have credited you in the readme
