Depending on the output format, generating raw HTML may be inappropriate. This
is relevant for using GladTeX as a Pandoc filter, where raw HTML prevents Pandoc
from learning about additional resources.
This is for instance an issue when using EPUB, where the excluded formulas
(those which are too long for an alt attribute) are not included in an EPUB
file, see #15.
