Remove humhub\widgets\ModalConfirm for Humhub 1.15 #53

The module doesn't work on Humhub 1.15 because of humhub\widgets\ModalConfirm in https://github.com/humhub-contrib/external_calendar/blob/master/views/calendar/view.php
