Compatibility Humhub 1.3

I would like compatibility with humhub 1.3.x to be added. It would bring great ease to all people who cannot update their humhun for any reason.

As I'm seeing it there are no compatibility issues with v1.3, all you should have to do is change the following minVersion to 1.3, and then everything should work fine, or has this already been tried? 🤔
