"Show notice modal on external links..." not working with modul "Web-Feed" #73

I'm not sure if it's a topic for this module or for the Web Feed module:

When a content appears in the space through the Web Feed module, the "Show notice modal on external links..." does not work. The link is opened directly, without the warning/information.

Is this an issue here or should I ask the developer of Web Feed module? Thank you.
