Apostrophes and quotation marks characters replaced with another one

When typing in a rich text editor:

• ' char is automatically changed to ’.
• "xyz" is changed to “xyz”

Maybe we'll need a migration to revert all changed chars to the original ones and rebuild search. See https://github.com/humhub/humhub-internal/issues/230#issuecomment-2129620244

Edit: I think we don't need a migration for old content as the issue with Solr for searching content is solved: https://github.com/humhub/solr/commit/30bddcafeeee561bd1325fc16f5ac1f6ea934948
