Meeting modul scrolling bug on tablets #2

We have problems with scrolling on tablets when we use various browser with the meeting modul. At the desktop version you can drag und drop the agenda points. At the tablet you can´t scroll because of the drag and drop function. You also have no space on the edge to scroll down. Can you help us please?

Should already be fixed by new drag handler.
