6 months ago Seems like the Latest Activities are working again, I haven't tested for notification links as of yet.
After checking over on the translation site I have now noticed that if someone comments/replies to the Translations space menu that the links only take you to the stream of the space, this occurs with both notifications as well as the Latest Activities widget, however the permalink itself is working just fine.
