Change copyright text and layers #39

Some changes:

Used this page to change the format of the credits
Removed overpass-turbo text because I think better we mention it on the side panel (to do)
Added some layers and ordered the existing ones
Added the MapBox Satellite layer (with my account) and need to add the code to correct the offset (to do)

I already asked for permissions of OpenMapSurfer service (conceded)
