In this screenshot we can see that the graph says that the feature types 'settlement site' and 'grave/burial' are the most common among the bronze age sites, and this matches up with the first two items in the Feature type filter, but why do we not see 'post hole' and other feature types from the graph in the feature type filter?
The differing numbers could be correct since the filter shows number of analysis entities and the graph shows number of samples.
