This is currently handled wrong. For some reason the dating_uncertainty_id is being printed out as a +/- value, but really it's a lookup value which meaning is available in tbl_dating_uncertainty.
In this example (site 4108, sample 12459):
The date should instead be rendered as "After 1794 AD"
