Bugs Ecocodes system missing from Eco code System filter #50

"Bugs Ecocodes" should be available in the "Eco code System" filter but is not. This was working before the last update, and may reflect an error in the Bugs ingestion related to https://github.com/humlab-sead/sead_bugs_import/issues/30 which should be checked over.

But bugs eco codes are working in the eco codes filter
