Implement a template function that returns a single (or a set of values) from Praat #2

These functions do not have to write an SSFF file, but just return a single value (or a limited set of values) that summarises the acoustic properties of a sound file.

The ability of tjm.praat::wrap_praat_function() to return the output in the Praat Infor window can likelly be used to return values efficiently from Praat.
