Jypyter takes a very long time to launch. Sometimes. #175

This one seems to not be connected with use of Safari vs. Chrome. Most first runs of jypyter for a new project seems to never want to finish. Going back to dashboard and reloading the page may help. And subsequent new sessions may then again have the same issue (not always).
