Increase threshold for number of search hits #60

Currently, there is a limit to how many search hits the user gets. For KWIC it is 100,000. This limit should be increased. If it is not a problem, maybe set the threshold to 1,000,000, or 10,000,000 hits, if possible.

We should also add an info text to all tools saying that: "Vissa sökningar kan ta längre tid." And another saying that: "Det finns en gräns på 10,000,000 träffar per sökning." (or what ever threshold it will be)
