Kucoin symbol format not recognized #10

When I run a bot on kucoin_paper_trade and analyze it with Strategy Performance, it says ETHUSDT symbol not recognized. This is probably because the symbol format in the dashboard is optimized for Binance.

@fengtality someone forgot to remove hardcoded binance exchange :D

The strategy dashboard only works with Binance currently since it's the first iteration. After its more stable, we plan to create bounties to expand support to other exchanges.
