No message after credentials added successfully #154

Describe the bug

Actual: no message like [exchange] credentials added successfully

Expected: User could see some message

no message on adding credentials

Steps to reproduce bug

  1. Clone and install deploy repo
  2. Use latest images
  3. bash setup.sh
  4. go to localhost
  5. add credentials
