Portfolio - Dexalot prices and value on some tokens are showing 0 #205

Describe the bug

When testing https://github.com/hummingbot/hummingbot/pull/7287 observed that the prices for dexalot connector is displayed as 0.

Note: I assume this is related to rate oracle source set to binance by default.

Steps to reproduce bug

  1. Build local whl using the attached PR on desc
  2. Add the local whl to backend-api and dashboard environment.yml files
  3. Run source build for both tools and run compose on broker
  4. On Credentials,
    • Add dexalot credentials then check Portfolio
