EBV from MAF vs. LAMBDA #1

Related to 0e02c28 which used the LAMBDA SFD map. Need to check to ensure the built-in extinction map in MAF (which was used in calculating the coadded depth) gives consistent results.

Shared the comparison with Lynne J., who connected with Peter Y. The differences are possibly just due to interpolation; this code creates the HEALPix dust map in MAF from the SFD map.
