• not sure if it useful, but i see some potential interest in tracking the 'cells'.
• could be tweaked further (making maxClusters variable, etc.)
• also accessible with 't' key
• • some drive-by nits (document's title, etc.)

Thanks! This is definitely interesting. As a Neuroscientist my main interest in this project was the reverse engineering part. i.e trying to find the relations between the particles by just looking at the emerging patterns. I haven't started digging into that yet. However, I tried to tinker a bit measuring the entropy of the system and how it changes over time. I haven't found anything interesting maybe I was measuring the wrong variables or have made a mistake. Anyway, I'll revisit this again in future but It's always interesting to find-out what are the systematic changes in these self organizing patterns.
