Brightness Adjustment Slider #305

Option to place the brightness slider to the bottom of the notification menu. Saw this on Samsung devices. Goes in handy if you open the notification menu by swiping down.

btw: Thank you very much for your work. I didn't like the Pixel 3 native launcher and almost regretted having bought one. But you guys added most of the important features!

Unfortunately, that slider is part of the systemUI, which the launcher cannot modify.
